Prepping for the Red River run this weekend.  Hopping to get my PB down below 20 minutes.  Been training pretty hard in the heat, hoping that will give me an edge when we race in the cooler morning.  From what I can tell the course will be the same as last couple years.  Starts at the high school, runs north, then loops back around.  The last mile is mostly downhill which is nice.  Good luck to all running it!
